Job Purpose:To support the HR Manager in delivering a modern, integrated Human Resources function that attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce. The role provides operational HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, competency assurance, performance management, and compliance, contributing to the long-term people capability and leadership strength.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination of interviews, offers, contracts, and inductions. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in line with governance and audit requirements. Support employee relations activities, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives. Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and HR procedures. Competency Assurance Program (CAP) Support the development and implementation of the Competency Assurance Program (CAP). Maintain competency frameworks, assessment records, and certification tracking. Coordinate competency assessments and follow-up development actions. Training & Development Support the implementation and administration of training and development programs. Coordinate training logistics including schedules, venues, materials, trainers, and attendance tracking. Maintain training records and support post-training evaluation and effectiveness measurement. Career Planning & IDPSupport the administration of the career planning framework and Individual Development Plan (IDP) process. Track development plans and coordinate learning interventions aligned with career paths. Performance Management & Talent Development Support the implementation and administration of the performance management system. Coordinate performance cycles, documentation, and reporting. Assist in organizational talent reviews and succession planning activities. HR Reporting & Governance Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management. Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline. HR professional certification is an advantage (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
Languages:Fluency in Arabic & English languages is mandatory.
Years of Experience:4–7 years of experience in HR operations or generalist HR roles.
Nature of Experience:Experience in infrastructure, ports, logistics, industrial, government, or regulated environments preferred. Hands-on exposure to:Recruitment & onboarding Training coordination Performance management administration HR operations & compliance Experience in start-up or project-based environments is an advantage.
