Maktab Rahal is Rahal’s paid internship programme, built for ambitious university students and recent graduates who are ready to learn by doing, work on real projects, and get a real taste of life inside a fast-growing travel-tech company.
Rahal is the travel mini-app inside Iraq’s Super Qi ecosystem, making it easier for millions of travelers to search, book, and manage their journeys across flights, hotels, and digital services.

This isn’t an internship where you spend three-six months watching from the sidelines.
You’ll join a a multi national team, work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live projects, and get hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving company actually operates.
Depending on your interests and strengths, you could join teams across Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, People & Culture, and more.

Who Can Apply?
University students with flexible schedules who can commit sufficient time to the internship while maintaining a healthy balance between their academic and internship commitments, Or recent graduates Candidates interested in building a career in Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, People & Culture, or other business functions Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic Language.
No need to have years of experience, potential, curiosity, and attitude matter to us Baghdad-based candidates are preferred for roles requiring occasional in-person collaboration Immediate availability is preferred What We Offer 3-6 month Paid Internship: Focused on learning, mentorship, and practical experience, with potential for future opportunities at Rahal.
