Purpose :
To contribute in implementation of the HR operational and HR employee engagement activities in the region. Support the employee life cycle management process and initiatives.
Offer operational support to the HR Regional Head of the given region in design, development and institutionalization of new HR initiatives / plans and ensure smooth roll-out within budgeted costs and agreed timeline to a healthy work environment.
Job Profile
HR Operations Implementation & Employee Life Cycle Management:
Work with Region HR to ensure employee data, engagement, processes, and procedures are adhered with compliance and updated per local regulations timely.
Liaison for event stakeholders: HR leaders, Business leaders, internal and external vendors, and community partners

Ensure adherence to laid down processes.
Any work/assigned alotted apart from above as a special project.
Judicious use of natural resources
Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Master's degree or professional HR certification is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in an HR Manager or HR Generalist leadership role.
Proven experience managing HR operations for a workforce of 100+ employees across multiple locations.
Experience in service sectors is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law, employment regulations, social security requirements, work permit process and HR compliance practices.
Experience handling disciplinary actions, grievance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, and performance management systems.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
Leadership Competencies
Proven ability to lead and support a workforce of over 100 employees while partnering with department heads and senior management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and multicultural work environment.
