This position is responsible for the co-ordination and management of allpurchasing activities Establish and rationalize Key Supplier Agreements, identify newopportunities, seek ways to improve efficiency and ensure purchasing compliance.• Identify, control and develop purchasing processes and practices Provide support and advice to management and staff on procurementmatters.• Audit and provide key advice in developing, reviewing andimplementing purchasing processes and practice.• Review of purchasing arrangements with suppliers including price,delivery, performance and discounts<br/><br/>• Experience in construction/ Real Estate companies• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in procurement and/or administration of contracts.• Good knowledge of contracting principles• Demonstrated customer service skills and high level communication(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including negotiation anddispute resolution skills• Experience in planning, organising, prioritising and co-ordinating workin a changing environment<br/><br/>About The Company A leading Holding Company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
