Job Summary

Supervise and follow up the overall work and interacting with site general foreman, charge-hands and labor group members to ensure smooth running of tasks at job site throughout the work period. Responsible to supervise several skilled teams of resources to ensure maximum productivity at minimum cost and of highest quality whilst carried out in a safe manner.

Supervises over all site supervision of works (whether civil, structural, architectural, and/or finishes) labors, equipment- movement, materials and proper distribution of such construction resource

Ensure compliance with the safety – Procedures and report if found any risk to the site Engineer to help project team to maintain zero Loss Time Incidents (LTIs) including site security and general housekeeping

Job Responsibilities 2

Essential Function

1. Inspect project sites to identify maintenance issues including MEP, firefighting, and swimming pool issues. 
2. Arrange for and assign workers to each job along with materials, to rectify maintenance defects.
3. Performs rectification of HVAC issues and monitor, install, rectify AC chiller / split ducted / air handling units, water pumps and pressurization units.
4. Ensure compliance with the safety – Procedures and report if found any risk to the site Engineer to help project team to maintain zero Loss Time Incidents (LTIs) including site security and general housekeeping.
5. Monitor and control the latest valid Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings used by the construction crew to ensure efficient running of all project tasks.
6. Coordinates with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineer, and Site Engineer to carry out activities as built for major elements of work such as finish floor levels door and window opening-slab soffits- lift shaft etc.
7. Perform necessary corrective actions on work requiring rework or remedial actions as instructed and directed by the site engineer. 
8. Ensure 100 % completion of necessary corrective actions on reworks and finish the job on or before the estimated time of accomplishment.

• Knowledge in MEP materials and site activities

• Knowledge of safe MEP work methods and practices

• Knowledge of tools and materials used in MEP installation, maintenance and repair work

• Knowledge of national, state and local MEP codes

• Knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment necessary to MEP work.

• Knowledge of mathematical skills to estimate cost of job

• Knowledge of local authority regulations and applicable standards

• Knowledge about Cable schedules and SLD. (Single line diagrams).

• Strong expertise in AC, Plumbing & Drainage Maintenance works.

•

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
