- Issue, reissue and refund airline tickets to customers
- Handle customers inquiries and solve complaints
- Manage airline reservations
- Cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Reservation & booking by using Amadeus airline system - Galileo System will be an advantage –
- Follow-up the Ques on Amadeus at least 5 times daily for availabilities & special airfares to meet with client’s requirement
- Handle emergency requests 24/7.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Bachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of previous experience in travel agency using Amadeus system (Basic and Advanced) is a Must.Previous Sales experience is preferable.Excellent Communication SkillsVery good command of EnglishMales & Females Can Apply
