As a Finance Manager at ASASAT, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company’s financial strategy, planning, operations, enforcing policies and procedures. You will lead the development of complex financial models, budgeting processes, and forecasting systems to support the company's objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial analysis and business dynamics.<br/><br/>This position is both<br/><br/>creative and rigorous<br/><br/>by nature you need to thinkoutside the box. Responsibilities<br/><br/>Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support decision-making regarding project investments, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives
Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly forecasts to guide the executive team in strategic decisions<br/><br/>Oversee daily financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting<br/><br/>Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements<br/><br/>Collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances and develop budgets that will achieve company goals<br/><br/>Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements<br/><br/>Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
Coordinate all audit activities, tax planning, and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, import, and other applicable taxes
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support of all external audits
Mentor and develop a team of finance staff, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and building an effective team dynamic
Analyze financial data and create models for decision support. Guide the executive and senior management in strategic planning and the financial planning process<br/><br/>Must Have<br/><br/>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field<br/><br/>Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial management
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proven experience in financial reporting, taxation, and financial data analysis
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Significant experience with financial software, ERP Systems and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities<br/><br/>Perfect written Arabic and English
Highly creative and autonomous
Nice to have<br/><br/>MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields<br/><br/>CPA or CFA Certified
