  • Manage record of social insurance coverage, and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Follow up on the new hires' employment contracts preparation and administer their personnel documents.
  • Manage the issuance and on-time delivery of the required forms by social insurance authorities. (Form {1},{6} and {2})
  • Monitor and ensure the accurate records of all employees' vacation plans, consumptions, and balance In line with legal requirements and internal regulations.
  • Follow up on labor office inspections and ensure that all documents and records are well kept for further sudden inspections.

3-5 Years of experience as personnel SpecialistExcellent knowledge of labor and social insurance laws.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law.Good command of the English language.Excellent command of MS Office tools and ERP systems.Good organizational and communication skills.
