Job Description

  • Manages day-to-day activities within the framework of established policies and procedures. Responsible for the staffing level of the departments and recommends and implements solutions for greater customer satisfaction. Provides leadership to handle complex customer situations and escalation concerns and determines resolution related to the order placement and scheduling processes. Facilitates communication between the plant, field and drivers with the dispatch center with accuracy and timeliness. Find opportunities to build a global sales organization for a luxury brand.


Country Manager for perfume brand Responsibilities:

  • - Work closely with Marketing to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs.
  • - Develop global pricing and revenue generation to deliver to the agreed business plan.
  • - Effectively communicate company objectives and how the location sales targets and strategies support achievement of those objectives.
  • - Ensure the location management team set goals and objectives which remain focused on overall business strategies.
  • - Develop new processes and tactics to provide stellar customer services and retention, while keeping the highly trained, efficient and knowledgeable teams under the wing, across all traded categories in our marketplace.
  • - Develop strategic vision, objectives, financial budgets and forecasts.
  • - Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales to funnel management.
  • - Identify industry and market trends, maintaining a keen awareness of industry partner and competitor movements and activities.
  • - Build and manage relationships with channel partners at most senior levels including strategic account planning, target setting and performance management.
  • - Manage development of a program, including aggressive new store coverage plans for world
  • - Engage at operational levels to drive same-store growth and performance including quality of customer experience and conversion.
  • - Work closely with General Manager to define Company's strategy in the country.

  • - Must have retail and/or department store experience
  • - Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • - Strong negotiation skills.
  • - Ability to work cross-culturally.
  • - Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
  • - Hands-on and enthusiastic leadership with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • - Proven ability to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment.
  • - High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • - Must have traveled internationally for business in previous roles as this role require excessive traveling
  • - Strong analytic background and the ability to apply data effectively to make business decisions.
