Job Details


  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory

  • Identify local business opportunities and challenges

  • Report on sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)

  • Present our products and services to prospective customers

  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions

  • Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas

  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services

  • Cross-sell products, when appropriate

  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach

  • Ensure quality customer services is delivered

  • Meet productivity norms defined by the line manager through support of channels and own efforts on site.

  • Answering customers questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed,

  • Calling potentials customers to explain company products and encourage purchases

  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints,

  • Track all appointments, sales, reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review,

  • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target,

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers,

  • Inform customers of current promotions and discounts.

  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as a part of a team.
