Responsibility

  • Responsible for specifying products or designated area technical support within the product line life cycle;
  • Assist in handling various engineering problems within specified product line(s) or designated areas；
  • Assist in the implementation of engineering technology solutions；
  • Be able to complete daily maintenance of the network and output the checklist;
  • Complete simple network inspection and output corresponding inspection results;
  • Responsible for low-level customer relationship maintenance, and customer information collection;
  • Responsible for local new project testing.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements 

  • Fluent in English and local Language (oral, writing, and reading). Someone with Chinese ability will be preferred.
  • Shall have a bachelor's degree or above with a telecommunication-related major and shall have a good command of GPON, FTTH, and ODN.
  • Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical, and patient to solve the problem. Work with patience and carefulness, be able to work independently.
  • Based in Baghdad and willing to travel to other cities in Iraq if necessary.
