IT Manager
Our company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Najaf, Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management and possess a strong technical background. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and security. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all IT systems and services.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage IT projects and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage and troubleshoot network and server issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks and professional development.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in IT and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the company's IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for IT security and data privacy.
- Manage and implement industry framework and standards including COBIT, ISO-27001, ISO-22301 and ISO-20000.
- Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize IT operations.
