  • Align current HR activities as per the organization and national requirements.
  • Prepare, record, and monitor details of all employees for management purposes and payroll calculations.
  • Contribute to the advancement of the company by managing efficient recruitment drives.
  • Align the company's short- and long-term goals by analyzing feedback and requirements of the workforce.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Serve as bridge between management and employee relations and provide resolution.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout the organization.



Skills

  • Iraq nationality preferred.
  • More than 7 years' experience as HR Manager or HR Executive.
  • In-depth knowledge of Iraq Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Superior managerial and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to utilize digital tools to manage in-house corporate data with utmost diligence.
  • Excellent ‘soft’ skills (people management and relationship building).
  • Proficient in handling delicate workforce issues and conflicts.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and approachable, you will demonstrate strong HR skills.
