FMCG Sales Supervisor

Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support while setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them. 

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust sales strategies based on market analysis and performance metrics. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retailers, negotiating sales agreements and ensuring compliance with terms. 

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities. 

Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management, and develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
