Job Title: Senior Sales Representative

Location: Iraq/Syria 

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales & Marketing ; Experience in the Battery Domain is a bonus. Other Fields are welcome.  

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, starting from $297 onwards per month based on experience

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence in Iraq and Syria.

Identify, engage, and convert potential clients in the battery sector.

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous business growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the battery industry.

Sales and Marketing experience required for about 3+ years.

Deep understanding of the Iraqi or Syrian markets and the ability to operate within their unique economic and social landscapes.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a challenging and sometimes unstable environment.

Proficiency in English; Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of sales experience, particularly in the battery or energy sector is a bonus.

Familiarity with Iraqi and Syrian business regulations and market conditions.

Knowledge of international trade regulations and practices.
