Pre Sales Section Head

Develop and Manage the Presales Unit to support the Sales team in achieving their internet and non internet targets.


Duties


  • Ensure Internal customer satisfaction.
  • Develop efficient solutions resulting in covering customer needs and closing deals.
  • Improve project delivery time frames in coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Train the sales team on all product and services and create a development plan.
  • Automate Internal Presales Process that has direct effect on customer satisfaction and sales results.
  • Conduct field visits with the sales team to cover technical part and fulfill customer requirements.
  • To create a comprehensive and competitive pricing index for all products and services.
  • Prepare professional updated presentations that deliver results in closing deals.
  • Develop the Presales team to be experts in all the B2B products portfolio.
  • Formulate requirements gathering process that is fast and efficient.
  • Stay updated on Market trends, solutions, prices, competitors and deliver Market insights reports.
  • Improve offer deliver time frame.

Supervisory Responsibilities


  • Develop the Presales team to become solution experts in field.
  • Ensure team members have clear objectives and KPI's.
  • Monitor performance and take corrective action.
  • Recruit and Train the presales team.
  • Manage the presales unit to ensure achieving the set objectives.
