We are looking for a proactive and dedicated VAS Operations Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer complaints and inquiries regarding digital goods, Western Union services, and Master/Visa cards. You will be required to provide top-notch customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient resolution of problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Ensure timely and efficient responses to all customer queries via Ticketing System, email, and other.
- Collaborate with relevant teams, vendors and external compaines to resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor and track all customer support tickets to ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers, Vendors and related internal departments to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Generate reports to track the status of inquiries and complaints.
- Proactively identify potential issues and areas for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
