Job Purpose:
-Sell Asiacell B2B products and services to prospect and existing B2B clients, to achieve the SME & SOHO objectives set by the management, in charge to handle SMEs& SOHO customers in terms of acquisition, retention and customer’s satisfaction throughout delivering ultimate level of account management.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
· Increasing Asiacell market share in the SME&SOHO segment, by acquiring new customers
· Coordinate with all other departments to ensure smooth customers’ onboarding
· Selling Asiacell’s Mobility, ICT & IOT products and technical solutions
· Follow SME & SOHO procedures & guidelines and get the required documents.
· Develops a trustworthy relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Achieves the sales objectives set by the management.
· Reporting daily, weekly and monthly visits and activities
· Provide Feedback on field expectations, and the competition activities in the market
· Market / Area / Governorate scanning (From field & Digital)
· Reporting target list, Pipeline & expected landing
· Conduct regular visits to ensure proper portfolio coverage
· Increasing the revenue of his / her existing base, through upselling & cross selling
· Customer complaints management handling
· Guiding & supporting the new team members
· Explore the untapped opportunities in the market and translate it into business leads
· Identify the potential segments & Industries for more business growth
· Carry out any other work required by the SME manager
Skills
Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or engineering
· 1-3-year experience in sales
· Language skills (Arabic, English)
· Computer skills (MS Office, Email Correspondences, Programming)
· Good communication, problem solving, negotiation and conflict handling skills
· Stress resistant
· Ability to manage different tasks
· Having an active driving license
