Enterprise Large Account Manager

Job Purpose:

-         Responsible to develop, recommend and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve the assigned objectives and Company’s goals with high contribution and full accountability on the delivery of his/her team.


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

·      Establishes sales plans and strategies to Expand the customer base in the market.

·      Ensures proper implementation of Asiacell strategy and departmental goals.

·      Maintains long term and successful relationships with key and strategic customers within his/her teams ‘portfolios.

·      Makes sure that the customers are regularly visited by his/her team members for more business development and creating real value for both Asiacell and the customers

·      Conducts regular performance and competency evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development

·      Effective management of daily operations whilst managing and coaching team to achieve strategic goals.

·      Reviews and gains agreements with focusing on value for Corporate Sales Section to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the required contribution.

·      Develops a highly professional and results —oriented sales force capable of achieving, or exceeding, the sales targets in the corporate segments.

·      Liaise with Marketing in identifying market and business opportunities for further business development or the introduction of new products or services that meet the specific requirements of corporate clients.

·      Oversee the development and implementation of special customer care programs that target the individual needs of corporate and VIP clients, and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Interview and select direct reports and validate hiring decisions for the department

Skills

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's Degree- MBA is a plus

·      Minimum 3 years on managerial level in similar field

·      Language skills (English)

·      Computer skills, Microsoft, excel, PowerPoint.
