We are now seeking a Department Coordinator for the Human Resources & Supply Chain departments as part of the CCI Turkey team. The main responsibilities and specifications for the role are shared below:
Manages the daily organization of the agenda for the Head of HR & Head of Supply Chain, arranges external and internal events, schedules appointments, arranges meetings and conferences, organizes travel plans, and facilitates business meetings with strong communication skills. Supports the Head of HR & Head of SC with daily operational tasks. Works closely and effectively with the Heads of the departments to keep him/her well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Greets guests by phone, in person, or through electronic media. Assesses guests' needs and explains services, processes, procedures, and guidelines to direct them to the proper sources. Conserves the Heads' time by researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective functioning and to conserve time. Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Monitors supplier invoice processes through SAP and guides managers, ensuring coordination with procurement. Supports travel planning, organization, daily agenda/calendar tracking, information requests, appointment scheduling, and expense tracking and control for the related teams. Undergraduate Degree Advanced level of English Preferably 2-3 years of related experience with 4+ years of overall experience Effective planning and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs & SAP Join us to take your career journey to the next level!
