Join our team as an Associate Area Operations Specialist where you'll support the operational growth and efficiency of tMart, the first cloud store concept in the region offering rapid 30-minute grocery deliveries at hypermarket prices. This entry-level position is a great opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of retail operations management in a fast-paced and expanding environment across various markets including Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Iraq.
What's On Your Plate?
- Operational Assistance: Support senior operations staff by helping manage daily store operations, including inventory, packing processes, and asset management. Learn to uphold operational standards, assist in expense control, and help with general maintenance tasks.
- Inventory Supervision: Assist in monitoring inventory management processes to ensure they are executed properly, aiming for minimal shrinkage and high-quality stock management.
- Performance Tracking: Help track order fulfillment and KPIs, ensuring staff levels meet operational demands. Gain experience in analyzing performance data to understand operational strengths and areas for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different teams such as IT, logistics, and marketing to support store operations and ensure a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Learn to identify and escalate operational issues, working closely with stakeholders to find solutions.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn store-specific tools and systems.
