Introduction and Job Description:


Shull is looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial personality for its client in the manufacturing industry who is motivated to further develop industrial air division business jointly with Iraq Distributors. Candidate will work within a dynamic Iraq team and distributors’ sales team. Candidate will report directly to the Iraq country manager and shall further develop and implement the way to market strategy, to position the client business as a leader in the Compressed air Industry while increasing our customers' awareness about our products.


The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to:


  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with our distributors in the Iraq
  • Development and implementation of industrial air division sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results and set targets aligned with Iraq country manager and industrial air division RBLM.
  • Bring Specific focus on all the general industry segments coupled with building relationships with large key customers and exploring opportunities for customers with competition Installations.
  • Be up to date with Iraq competitors' products features and activities
  • Support in lead generation and sales activities for Iraq distributors
  • Establishing operational sales excellence through consultative or solution-based selling with or alongside with Distributors’ sales workforce in Iraq.
  • Improve the Hit Rate and Proactive sales management for the distributors sales team.
  • Closely monitoring and reviewing the distributor’s industrial air division stock, implement campaign to move old and slow moving equipment and provide recommendation for replenishment as per market needs, business potential and set target.
  • Set the Market Price and products positioning for each respective market in the region
  • Focus on competence development of distributors sales force jointly with product manager in regional office.
  • Support distributors to effectively use CRM tool to measure and plan sales appointments / activities
  • Developing innovative concepts and solving challenges cooperatively with Distributors sales force

Experience requirements


Excellent proven sales experience from similar position with a minimum experience of 8 years insales of high-quality industrial machines, and/or preferably air compressors

Knowledge and Competences


  • Knowledge of the industrial market within in Middle East Market and Iraq market is plus point
  • Candidate must be fluent in spoken & written English.
  • Excellent planning, reporting and organization skills
  • Knowledge of the industry and trends to provide direction to the business.
  • Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required.
  • Hight technical and engineering background.
  • Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiating commercial terms and conditions.
Educational requirements

  • Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
