Job Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Manager and Photographer/Videographer.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Content Creation – Photography and Videography:
Proficiently use phone and camera to capture high-quality photographs and videos.
Edited and produced engaging visual content for social media, marketing, and developing the website.
Create a variety of multimedia materials, including short reels, product use, and promotional videos.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the the brands vision and goals.
Manage the company presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube.
Monitor and leverage social media trends to increase engagement and reach.
Community Engagement:
Foster an interactive online community, engaging with customers, and the wider community.
Share updates, achievements, and compelling stories of the products and its new trends.
Analytics & Reporting:
Analyze social media and content performance using analytics tools (not an essintional requirement).
Provide insights and reports on engagement metrics, suggesting improvements.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
Proven track record in social media management, with demonstrable results in growing and engaging an online community.
Previous experience in educational or multicultural settings is preferred but not essential.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in photo and video editing apps and software.
Experienced in using Phones and cameras.
Familiarity with social media management tools.
Qualifications:
Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experiences or degrees in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field are preferred.
