HR Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an HR Manager to be based in Iraq.


The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Analyze, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversees all HR strategy and activities and ensures the proper implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for talent attraction, talent management, employee development, compensation and benefits, and personnel-related affairs across the Company as well as enhancing the Company’s overall Human Resources practices.
  • Drive appropriate learning and development initiatives as well as succession planning.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Must ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Only Candidates currently based in Iraq will be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar. Master’s degree/ HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in different HR activities.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager within the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of HR Software such as SAP, ESAT, HRMS/HRIS, or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
