Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an HR Manager to be based in Iraq.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Analyze, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversees all HR strategy and activities and ensures the proper implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
- Responsible for talent attraction, talent management, employee development, compensation and benefits, and personnel-related affairs across the Company as well as enhancing the Company’s overall Human Resources practices.
- Drive appropriate learning and development initiatives as well as succession planning.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Must ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Iraq will be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar. Master’s degree/ HR certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in different HR activities.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance.
- Knowledge of HR Software such as SAP, ESAT, HRMS/HRIS, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
