- Capacity management and utilization for charging and voucher management nodes and advice about expansions
- Put clear impact analyses for any new requirements from commercial on CBS nodes including dimensioning, complexity, service maintenance and architecture.
- Cooperate with planning team to review and put plan for optimizing launched services and issue CR’s for implementation.
- Support BI and RA for any reporting requirement.
- Support other section for nay requirement related to Charging operation
- Tracing problems and solve them
- Escalate any delays respond from the vendor, which could effect on the customer service
