Our client, a leading full-service Advertising and Communication Company, focused on pioneering the digital transformation of the media industry across the MENA region and beyond is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Baghdad, Iraq and help drive their growth in the digital advertising sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital advertising across various industries.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape to enhance sales initiatives.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's services and solutions, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on sales activities and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Driven and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
