Assisting in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication with the CBI and other relevant authorities.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.
Ensure compliance with ongoing reporting requirements of the Central Bank of Iraq, including submission of compliance reports, customer complaint reports, fraud mandatory reports, and customer screening.
Develop and maintain a reporting schedule to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Identify non compliance matters, develop monitoring reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conducting regular compliance audits and reviews.
Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring timely updates to internal processes.
Preparing compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Identifying potential compliance risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Conducting risk assessments to evaluate the organization's exposure to compliance issues.
Assisting in implementing controls to manage and mitigate identified risks.
Assisting in investigating compliance breaches and reporting incidents.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve compliance issues
Maintaining compliance records and documentation.
