We seek an organized, meticulous Auditor/Accountant to ensure accurate auditing and accounting management of our shipments and invoices.

Job Description:

As an Auditor/Accountant at ZMC Express Cargo, your primary role will be to audit shipment invoices meticulously, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. 

You will coordinate closely with the Data Entry team and manage shipment records effectively using various accounting and cargo systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly update and manage shipment data on Excel sheets according to auditing status.

Identify and record new shipments from the Data Entry WhatsApp group.

Audit shipments by cross-checking details in the accounting system and online cargo system.

Verify shipment details such as source and destination cities, item descriptions, weight, pieces, and CBM against provided packing lists.

Inspect invoice details for accuracy, including currency, pricing, weight, and other relevant data.

Mark invoices as "Verified" on the system when accurate, and coordinate with Data Entry personnel to correct any identified discrepancies.

Maintain transparent communication by reporting completed audits clearly within the Data Entry group.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Arabic, Kurdish, and English (written and spoken).

Graduate in Accounting.

Strong experience in accounting and auditing.

Highly skilled in Excel and comfortable using accounting systems and online cargo platforms.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify discrepancies.

Strong communication skills to address and resolve invoice inaccuracies promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with auditing invoices in logistics or shipping environments.
