This role is critical in driving financial performance, enabling business decisions through insightful analysis, and ensuring robust financial governance. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the GM and lead a growing finance team of 3-4.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Partner with the GM and leadership team to shape and execute financial strategy, drive business performance, and identify commercial opportunities.
Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making and growth.
Provide financial insight and guidance on pricing, profitability, and cost control initiatives.
Oversee compliance, audit preparation, tax filings, and internal controls.
Coach and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience 10 - 15 years in finance, with a strong foundation in both operational and commercial finance.
Track record of working closely with senior leadership and influencing business outcomes.
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality – you're comfortable diving into the details when needed.
Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience managing small teams and scaling processes as the company grows.
Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
