· Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales performance data from all OpCos on a regular basis.
· Prepare standardized and ad-hoc sales performance reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership.
· Track key KPIs across markets and industries, highlighting deviations from targets and trends over time.
· Maintain a centralized reporting framework to ensure data consistency and comparability across OpCos.
· Coordinate with local sales or data teams to validate inputs, resolve data gaps, and ensure reporting accuracy.
· Provide insights that support commercial reviews, management presentation, and performance discussions.
Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
· 3+ years of experience in sales or performance management role, with proven track of records.
· Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
· Good knowledge of Iraqi sales market and assessment tools.
· Proficiency in CRM and performance tracking tools.
· Excellent communication skills, in English, Kurdish and Arabic languages.
