MINAA ALHARIR is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the execution of residential compound projects and other engineering works.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
10–15 years of hands-on experience in managing residential compounds or engineering projects.
Deep understanding of the full project lifecycle, budgeting, and resource planning.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and other project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
Coordinate effectively between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure all activities comply with project specifications and safety regulations.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
