Job Purpose
Handling sales and welcoming customers, and leading them to maximize sales and increase sales rate
Main Tasks & Accountabilities
- Act as the first point of contact between the Company and the customer.
- Achieve team sales targets, obtain orders, and establish new customers.
- Adjusts the content of the sales approach by understanding the individual customer and how the product will best suit his needs.
- Manage sales by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans,
- Assisting management in Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, sales, etc.
- Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products.
- Provide product information on request.
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions if needed.
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Build positive trust relationships with customers to influence others in the buying process.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify Taurus Electronics’ competitive advantage.
- Keep accurate information records and documentation for reporting.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest product data and media releases.
- Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports; and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
- Undertake similar or related duties as directed by senior management.
