Job Description:
To drive sales and client engagement by visiting and onboarding travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, while managing outreach, reporting, and technical integrations across the Iraq region. This includes regular follow-ups, CRM updates, API contracts, Technology sales, and achieving monthly target goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: 5 door-to-door visits of Travel Agencies / Tour Operators per day, 25 per week.
- Client Registration: Register travel agencies and tour operators on our B2B portal to ensure they have constant bookings with us for hotel accommodation, flights, and transfers.
- Client Follow-ups and Education: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide necessary education and support to maximize their engagement and satisfaction.
- API and WanderOne Tech Solution: Selling API/XML connection and Launch Your Own Online Travel Agency in Just 5–10 Minutes!
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily reports of calls, visits, last follow-up dates, and status updates.
- Extensive Travel: Travel frequently across Iraq and other Regions to meet clients and attend industry events and travel exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in business development and sales.
- Strong understanding of the Iraq Travel market and key Companies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Iraq region and other countries.
- Having a database of travel agencies and tour operators is a plus.
- API/XML Knowledge and White labeling knowledge are a plus.
