National Sales Manager

<p>Kinetic is working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a National Sales Manager to be based in Iraq.</p> <p>Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Executing sales strategies of the organisation.</li> <li>Developing company's sales forecasts for all products.</li> <li>Developing, implementing and monitoring annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plan for the assigned portfolio.</li> <li>Working closely with the marketing team to determine marketing and promotion strategies.</li> <li>Coordinating between distribution partner and supply chain team.</li> <li>Controlling and reviewing expenses reports for each member of the sales team on monthly basis.</li> <li>Conducting regular reviews with customers to ensure that excellent customer service is achieved.</li> <li>Coordinating with HR in providing training for the team to improve their scientific knowledge, skills and attitudes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Open to candidates willing to relocate to Iraq from Lebanon or Jordan, but prior Iraq experience is a must.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in science, business management, marketing, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceuticals industry.</li> <li>Willingness to travel as required.</li> <li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li> </ul>
