The Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing efforts across our various social media platforms and the Care Horizon official brand. You will be expected to deeply analyze product features and market needs, translating strategy into engaging content that drives consumer interest and provides support tools for our field sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Brand Deep Dive (Core Analytical Function):

• Conduct continuous product analysis (features, benefits, ideal users) for all brands (Optimal, Skin Derma, My Skin Chemistry).
• Translate complex product specifications (medical, chemical, functional) into clear, compelling, market-ready content concepts that resonate with the target audience.

2. High-Impact Content Creation & Execution:

• Creative Production: Directly design, and write all content assets (video, photo, text) from scratch. This includes creating compelling, platform-native Reels, Stories, Carousels, and engaging Posts tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• On-Camera Talent & Voice: Be the primary on-camera face and voice of our brands, delivering professional, engaging, and trustworthy product demonstrations and educational segments. Comfort and enthusiasm for being on camera are mandatory.
• Aesthetic and Quality Control: Ensure all content adheres to the highest aesthetic standards, reflecting the premium nature of Skin Derma and the clinical credibility of Optimal.
• Brand Voice: Ensure consistent and high-quality brand messaging across all digital touchpoints, tailored to the target audience of each product line.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

• Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital campaigns and content using social media analytics tools. Use insights to continually refine strategy and maximize reach and engagement.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on digital trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices within the KRG region.

4. Sales & Trade Marketing Support:

• Sales Enablement: Develop effective marketing collateral and tools (e.g., product sheets, digital brochures, presentations) to assist the field Sales & Account Representatives in their client visits and presentations.

• Compensation Structure: This role offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
• Performance Incentives: Eligibility for performance bonuses based on key marketing metrics, plus a competitive percentage commission on all attributed online sales.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Analytical Skills & Product Sense: Proven ability to quickly grasp technical product details (medical devices, cosmetic formulations) and translate them into effective marketing narratives. A true interest in how products solve customer problems.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. However, candidates with previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation will have an advantage.
• Creativity & Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual content creation (video and photo editing) and written content creation abilities. Experience or clear willingness to be on-camera talent is a must.
• Language: Fluency in Kurdish is mandatory. Working proficiency in Arabic is required. Excellent written English skills are a strong bonus.
• Location: Ability to reliably commute to our Erbil headquarters.
