Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management, Merchandising & Financial Health:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated account manager for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and proactive management of reorder cycles, specifically for the Optimal portfolio (Baby, Medical Supplies) & Cleodent (Oral Hygiene).
- Merchandising & Product Presentation: On every site visit, you are responsible for ensuring all displayed Optimal products & Cleodent on shelves are clean, organized, and fully stocked according to visual standards to maximize sales potential.
- Account Receivables Collection: Proactively monitor client payment schedules and be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding account receivables (AR) to maintain company cash flow and prevent loss.
2. Sales & Business Development (Growth & Prospecting):
- New Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and identify new potential clients across Kirkuk (e.g., medical clinics, hospitals, dental offices, general pharmacies).
- Product Expertise: Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of our Essential Baby Products, Advanced Dental Care, and specialized Medical Devices.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve challenging monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
3. Reporting & Administration:
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and payment statuses using the company's CRM system.
- Forecasting: Provide weekly reports on sales forecasts, collection status, and key market feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: We are open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Prior experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales or account management is a strong asset.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to handle financial responsibilities, including follow-up and successful collection of client payments (Account Receivables).
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively negotiate, persuade decision-makers, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Self-Management: Highly organized, autonomous, and self-motivated with the ability to manage time, schedule appointments, and balance collections with sales.
- Language: Fluency in Kurdish is mandatory. Working proficiency in Arabic is required. Proficiency in English is considered a bonus.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle. (This is essential for a field-based role).
