Basra.</p> <ul> <li>Reports to IM/IT lead</li> <li>Ensures project compliance to global IT policies</li> <li>Hardware configuration and provision (laptops, desktops, engineering workstations)</li> <li>Provide local desktop support</li> <li>Expedite software and hardware requests</li> <li>Provide hardware and software support</li> <li>Reporting, escalation and routing of IT incidents to global support teams</li> <li>Provide new starter IT induction and training</li> <li>Provide network drive access and security</li> <li>Manage site team project software subscription requirements</li> <li>Support MFD deployment (printer, scanner, copying facilities)</li> <li>Expediting hardware procurement activities and maintains IT stock levels</li> <li>Oversees IT asset registration and tracking</li> <li>Overall 5+ years of related experience</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant field</li> </ul>
