Celebrating long service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication, and many years' service of our employees at 5-year service milestones</li> </ul> <h4>Primary Function</h4> <ul> <li>To learn the role of a company field supervisor</li> <li>To assist experienced field supervisors in the supervision of rigless operations in the field</li> <li>To learn company required reporting systems</li> <li>To learn service disciplines sufficiently to be able to supervise those activities</li> <li>To be able to independently supervise basic rigless activities</li> <li>To operate within company HSE, control of work, and work procedures (FOMS - Field Operating Management System)</li> </ul> <h4>Job Role and Interfaces</h4> <ul> <li>To learn, understand, and be able to supervise: <ul> <li>Wireline (e-line logging, multi-finger caliper, saturation logging, depth correlation, plug setting, perforating, production logging, mechanical pipe cutting, chemical cutting, noise logs)</li> <li>Pressure pumping, stimulation, and well kills</li> <li>Coiled tubing nitrogen lifting, milling, multi-set packers, coiled tubing perforating, stimulation, and logging</li> <li>Slickline operations, drift runs, lifts, sliding sleeve open/close, memory logging tools and BHP/T surveys, tubing punch</li> <li>Wellhead maintenance and remedial work including workover pre-work, well integrity compliance</li> <li>Well testing and flowback</li> </ul> </li> <li>To understand and assist with gaining work permits for rigless activities</li> <li>To contribute, as required, to the development and review of company and department systems and processes including FOMS (The Field Operating Management System)</li> <li>To work with and directly communicate with and support personnel on location</li> <li>To maintain close communication with the section head</li> <li>To effectively coordinate and report on activities across multiple work fronts</li> <li>To ensure quality standards are maintained and wherever possible improved</li> <li>To witness and report on rigless activities performed and contractor divisions and to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained</li> <li>To embrace and actively contribute to promoting a culture of continuous improvement</li> <li>To actively encourage others to contribute to the work process through direct participation and other means of involvement</li> <li>To become aware of and take into account local community issues</li> <li>Establish effective working relationships with contractor companies</li> </ul> <h4>Experience</h4> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years' experience required in a service company discipline</li> <li>One major discipline with hands-on experience and practical supervision experience in wireline, slickline, pumping/stimulation, perforation (wireline and TCP), coiled tubing, flowback, and well testing</li> <li>Minimum BS degree desirable (engineering preferred), or time served equivalent</li> <li>Well-developed skills in use of MS Office software and tools</li> <li>Able to interact effectively with peers, service, and contractor representatives</li> <li>Must be a self-starter and motivated individual</li> <li>Demonstrate a willingness to learn and embrace a new working environment</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <p>What makes you remarkable?</p> <p>At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
