Key Responsibilities:
•Achieve monthly sales targets and manage sales performance.
•Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team to deliver excellent results.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
•Ensure showroom presentation meets luxury brand standards.
•Oversee inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
•Support marketing campaigns and in-store events.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in retail or luxury sales management (preferably jewelry or fashion)
