We are urgently seeking an experienced and result-oriented Bilingual Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development initiatives in the industrial automation sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, electrical/instrumentation products, and proven experience in managing client relationships and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably within Industrial Automation or related industries.
Bilingual (Arabic & English) is mandatory.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and team management abilities.
