<h4>Job objective</h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist in-country IT senior/lead in all aspects of IT support both in the office and field-based employees in line with Wood IT policies to streamline support and maintain efficient delivery</li>
</ul>
<h4>Key accountabilities & responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist the IT senior/lead in all aspects of IT support both in office and remotely</li>
<li>Compile and update accurate tracking for all IT kit and equipment across the project</li>
<li>Perform in office IT assurance and problem solving</li>
<li>Support all in field staff with remote IT assistance</li>
<li>Perform site visits to conduct hardware updates, fault fixing and surveys</li>
<li>Profile all new joiners with laptops and liaise with IBM to ensure correct software and hardware configuration</li>
<li>Liaise with Al Majal IT to resolve issues and chase down any non-compliance from service provider</li>
<li>Ensure all staff have the correct IT hardware and issue as required</li>
<li>Ordering and stock control for all IT consumables</li>
<li>Travel to client sites to perform printer set up and maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain contingency plan for in country IT down time</li>

<h4>Expected</h4>
<p><strong>Minimum qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or bachelor's degree</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-4 years' experience in relevant role</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook is required</li>
<li>Experience in a system Oracle is preferred, and SharePoint is a plus</li>
</ul>
