We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Delivery Operator to join our team at the Erbil Headquarters.
This is a hands-on operational role that combines warehouse activities, deliveries, and daily coordination with the sales and logistics departments. 

The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily deliveries of customer orders within Erbil and nearby areas.
• Operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse stock.
• Check, prepare, and manage all accompanying delivery and order documents.
• Support production and order preparation processes.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and Sales Manager for daily tasks and reporting.
• Participate in local procurement activities, maintaining clear communication with suppliers and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Valid manual driving license (mandatory).
• Valid forklift operator license.
• Fluent in Kurdish and English, Arabic language is an advantage.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Physically fit and capable of handling demanding warehouse tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Honesty, loyalty, business & personal ethics are essential.
