We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, team leadership, and market development, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and maintain a high level of productivity.


  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.


  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes including negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.


  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.



RequirementsRequirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.


  • Strong knowledge of the Iraq real estate market and local business environment.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


  • Proven ability to achieve targets and manage high-value property portfolios.


  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
