Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in electrical submersible pumps with Artificial Lift requirement. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

As a Lead Sales Specialist - Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
Selling to named accounts
Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge.
Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions.
Handling diverse clients in a region.
Cooperating with technical sales support to realize sales.
Leading a department with large estimated orders.
Handling local focus on medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related).
Have a minimum 5 years of experience in the Artificial Lift business. Sales experience is preferred.
Be a good team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
Display a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships
Demonstrate the ability to be proactive, flexible and a self-starter
Have good attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
