Turfi Clinic in Basra is seeking a qualified and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our professional team. 

We are a growing physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic offering advanced treatments for musculoskeletal, neurological, and pediatric conditions.

Key Responsibilities

The physiotherapist will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of cases, including:

Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedic Cases

Treatment of back pain and neck pain

• Management of disc bulge and disc herniation
• Release and management of muscle spasms
• Treatment of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis
• Post-operative rehabilitation (knee, shoulder, spine, etc.)
• Sports injuries, tendonitis, sprains, and joint dysfunction

Neurological Rehabilitation

• Post-stroke rehabilitation (gait training, balance, motor recovery)
• Cerebral palsy (CP) rehabilitation
• Muscle tone & spasticity management
• Functional re-education and mobility training

Pediatric Rehabilitation

• Gross motor development
• Postural correction
• CP children's rehabilitation programs

Use of Physiotherapy Technologies

(Adjust according to your equipment)

• Spinal decompression system
• Shockwave therapy
• High-intensity laser
• Electrotherapy & ultrasound
• Lymphatic drainage / Lymphastim
• Robotic rehabilitation devices (if available)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or higher
• Minimum 1–3 years clinical experience (neurological & musculoskeletal cases preferred)
• Strong manual therapy skills
• Ability to create individualised treatment plans
• Professional communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
• Preferably able to work with modern physiotherapy machines
