Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Present jewelry collections and provide detailed product knowledge
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure all displays meet luxury standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales service
  • Support day-to-day store operations and documentation

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Presentable, confident, and well-spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
