About the Role
A leading automotive brand in the Middle East is seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager to lead all PR, communications, digital, and event-related activities for the Iraq market. This position is responsible for driving brand visibility, coordinating nationwide marketing initiatives, and supporting the dealer network with structured marketing support and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate has hands-on marketing experience in automotive, FMCG, telecom, or other fast-moving consumer-facing industries—combined with strong digital competency and the ability to adapt campaigns to local market needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement the annual marketing plan for Iraq, covering ATL, BTL, digital, events, PR, and retail campaigns.
Localize and adapt regional marketing strategies for the Iraq market while ensuring global brand alignment.
Manage national campaigns across all channels to increase brand awareness and support sales targets.
Digital MarketingDrive digital and social media initiatives including paid performance campaigns, content planning, lead-generation activities, and CRM-driven marketing.
Monitor digital analytics, campaign KPIs, and customer engagement to improve ROI and performance.
Ensure consistent online brand presence across all platforms.
PR & CommunicationsHandle all PR activities including press releases, media relations, and corporate communications.
Coordinate with local media partners and support regional teams in creating brand-relevant PR content.
Ensure positive brand positioning within the Iraqi market.
Events, Activations & Dealer MarketingPlan and execute automotive events, launches, exhibitions, and showroom activations.
Support dealer partners with marketing materials, retail campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure all physical touchpoints reflect brand standards.
Market Research & Competitor InsightsConduct market studies to identify consumer trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer expectations.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to regional management.
Requirements5+ years of experience in marketing roles (automotive experience preferred).
Strong background in digital marketing, PR, event management, and brand communications.
Experience working with agencies (digital, creative, media).
Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and represent the brand in the Iraq market.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Must be willing to live and work in Iraq.
