Purpose of the Job:
To increase revenue through the channel by developing and implementing a worldwide channel program. Also to drive all initiated campaigns into channel and other partners and leveraging Partners for other marketing activities.
Key Objectives:
Prioritizing within and across channels and customers to take full advantage of all Samsung initiatives and activities in the marketplace. Delivering channel / shopper strategies and plans to create shopping experiences that surprise and delight the shoppers while helping the customers achieve category growth.
Position Responsibility:
- Identify present situation and needs for channel marketing for Samsung and in each of its affiliated channel partners, understanding the needs of each location.
- Develop and implement a worldwide channel marketing program including strategy, levelling and deliverables that meets the needs and can be executed.
- Identify the appropriate localization of the channel marketing program and agree this with each location, setting expectations for both parties.
- Collect all market data needed such as Sell-in, Sell-out and Sell-through and PSI reports needed to be uploaded on company system for analysis and market insight.
- Understand deviations from the agreed strategy and address these with the marketing teams, escalating as necessary
- Serve as an interface between Corp Marketing, Strategic Alliance Sales and Channel Marketing organization.
- Provide proactive support to recruit and replace Field Force Team, as well as improving the performance of existing partners.
- Work closely with Field Force Team to ensure successful execution of campaigns and programs on a country level
- Provide ROI analysis of investments and success measurement of programs.

Essential Skills and Experience Competencies:
- Build and implement an international channel marketing program.

Experience &Education:
- 5–7 years of experience in channel/retail management & preferably in Electronics, Telecom or FMCG.
- Existing relationships with retailers and major distributors in Iraq – Levant.
- Bachelor's degree in business or any related field.
- Strong networking skills with the local industry, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Warm personality with great energy, initiative, creativity, and meticulous
