Role Description This full-time position of Financial Controller is based on-site in Baghdad. The Financial Controller will oversee all financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes. Key responsibilities include budget preparation, financial forecasting, maintaining and monitoring financial policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves managing financial risks and collaborating with various departments to ensure the organization's growth and financial health.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Reporting Experience with Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency with financial software and tools, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage but not mandatory
