Awareness and Training Office

Key Goal:

  • Design and implement awareness programs to promote the benefits and usage of e-wallets.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions for agents, merchants, and new customers on e-wallet onboarding and usage.
  • Develop training and awareness materials (brochures, presentations, videos) aligned with Central Bank regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support financial inclusion awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure information is delivered in a clear and simple way to target groups, especially the unbanked population.
  • Collect feedback from participants and evaluate training effectiveness to improve future programs.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on awareness and training activities.
  • Contribute to increasing the number of active e-wallet accounts and achieving financial inclusion targets.
  • Keep up to date with global best practices in awareness and training in the field of financial inclusion.
  • Read, understand, enforce, and adhere to AsiaPay’s information security policies, standards, and procedures, and do not hinder in any way the proper execution of procedures defined within.
  • Understand and abide by AsiaPay’s information security access agreement and rules of behavior.

Education, Experience & Qualifications necessary to perform the job:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in training, community awareness, or financial inclusion (preferably in e-payments or banking sector).

Languages: Kurdish, English and Arabic
